I recently switched to Dr. Pavi for dental care and it was the best decision I ever made. Between the dental cleaning with Rebekah, through, gentle and treatment with Dr. Banav & her assistant Alissa, pain free & explaining the entire treatment step by step, it was all exceptional. The front desk, billing department were kind & informed me of out of pocket expenses that may incur after insurance. All in all the entire team is run smoothly, efficiently and with smiles on their faces. Can’t wait to go back! 10 out of 10!

My experience with this office was deeply disappointing due to ongoing issues with dishonest and unreliable billing practices. The lack of transparency made it impossible to feel confident in the accuracy or integrity of the charges. A healthcare provider should operate with clarity and trust, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of the billing concerns alone, I cannot recommend this practice. To correct the owner’s reply: I did not receive a treatment estimate at any time prior to or during my appointment and the concerns I raised were not insurance‑related. The billing errors and issues extend well beyond a simple insurance misunderstanding. Despite multiple requests for straightforward billing information and explanations, nothing was ever provided.

I went for my teeth cleaning and it felt good, an I mean really good. I am well pleased with how clean my teeth feel’s. The hygienist did a great job, water didn’t splash all over like when I went to other dentist offices. They are very caring, kind, and polite. I enjoyed their laughter and conversation with me. I would definitely recommend them.

Best dentist, hygienists and staff in North Jersey! Dr. Pavi is one of a kind with her knowledge and practicality in how she helps her patients achieve lasting and worry free dental health. We’ve been going here for over 5 years and used to drive an hour for appointments, but so worth it! My hygienist Keisha is amazing and always leaves me with a great smile and no pain. Can’t recommend this practice enough, the best dental staff around!
